Mike is a health and safety professional with 25 years experience across all aspects of emergency response (ER) including leadership in a wide range of disaster situations, procedure development, training of ER teams to competition level and the preparation / implementation of onsite crisis management plans.
Matt Chadwick
Matt began working for Baseline Onsite as a medic in a remote mining capacity, where he was able to work in his passion for emergency medicine. Since stepping into the new role of Client Manager for Projects, he’s been able to transfer previous learning and experience, into understanding and successfully providing required expectations to our valued clients. From previously working in the field, he understands the processes that need to take place to enable successful outcomes.

Hayley has over 10 years’ experience in recruitment, strategic sourcing, workforce planning in mid to large organisations across mining, transport and logistics and health services industries. With this experience and knowlege, Hayley ensures we have the right team for every job. Hayley’s attention to detail, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills have allowed her to establish and maintain strong client rapport.
